"I believe in the natural healing process of the body. Diseases usually take a long time to develop, and therefore takes time to heal. Our bodies are remarkable in the billions of activities that take place every second to help us maintain health. Things we can take control of to help gain back and maintain health include having a healthy diet, exercising regularly, doing daily relaxation techniques, resolving emotional baggage, and building a health support team you trust.

"I hope through the wonderful traditions of Chinese medicine and acupuncture to be able help you along your path of being healthy and pain free.
"The traditional method of Chinese Medicine involves assessing the balance of energy (Qi), blood and organ function within the body. Acupuncture is used to correct imbalances of Qi in the body. Qi is responsible for the functions of the body. Qi also animates the blood and organs. In addition to acupuncture, herbs are very useful for balancing the function of blood and organs. Typically qi, blood or organ function becomes deficient, excessive or stagnant. This usually happens from stresses placed on the body from emotional tension or external events like weather, diet, trauma, etc. Chinese medicine is very good at restoring balance to these systems to all optimum functioning and also is a great tool for prevention of health challenges. The benefits of Chinese Medicine can be seen in relation to acute diseases and is especially beneficial for chronic disorders that Western Medicine has no cure for.
